This Yoga Immersion Retreat for beginners includes daily meditation and two yoga sessions. The 4 hours of free time in the afternoon allows you to relax, go on a walk with Mother Nature, or read inspiring books during self-reflection. We also offer Private Coaching or consultations with our expert teachers who are available during this break as well!
